Nicole Hansen

My name is Nicole Hansen, the SoCal artist behind Māedn Threads. My artistic medium is through the use of scrap pieces of leather, suede, denim, and vintage fabrics, stitched together to create a unique piece of up-cycled art. Each piece is then finished with a thrifted frame. Smaller bits of larger scraps are further repurposed into hand painted hat patches and machine stitched blank cards.

Every piece I create is handmade, one of a kind, and intended to be out of the ordinary.
