To develop/broaden quality year round arts programs which integrate persons with and without disabilities. To foster and maintain cooperation among organizations/individuals in the development of arts projects and opportunities for persons with disabilities. To provide arts-related training and technical assistance to constituents. To create public awareness as to the need for, and benefits of, art opportunities for persons with disabilities.
