Orange County Orff Chapter

A non-profit organization, The Orange County Orff Chapter of the American Orff Schulwerk Association provides all-day, hands on workshops for teachers where they learn to teach musical skills through the imaginative use of literature, folk songs, instruments, creative movement and drama for children. National and International presenters bring a wide variety of inspiring lessons to teachers, students who are candidates to become music education and non-music education teachers, special education teachers and music therapists. Appropriate for student populations K-8, participants will explore student-tested materials taught in the classroom “now.” Based on the teachings of Carl Orff, instruction includes a wide variety of topics.
