Carmella Rodriguez Hardy is a local photographer and is inspired by her love of nature and travel. She has seen such a positive transformation of Dana Point after moving here from Seattle 20 years ago. She has previously exhibited her photography in Dana Point City Hall and saw the opportunity to create artwork for the Dana Point Utility Boxes as another way of contributing to the community she now calls home.
